UNIQUE PATIENTS IN SYSTEM
Healthix holds data on millions of patients that have accessed care in New York City and Long Island in the last decade. The vast majority are New York State residents, but the numbers also include residents from over 230 countries and almost every state Nationwide. These unique patients are matched from 85,862,317 Medical Record Numbers (MRNs) and 28,158,965 (MRIDs)

CLINICAL ALERTS DELIVERED
The ability to receive clinical alerts in real-time as a patient presents in an Emergency Room, for a hospital admission, at a nursing care facility and more – allows for the opportunity to improve patient care. We now send over a million Alerts each month and that number is climbing. The breakout of Alerts is as follows:

RECORDS DELIVERED TO EHR (Query)
The delivery of Clinical Summaries in the form of a CCDs and C-CDAs directly into a certified application or integrated with interoperable EHRs to support seamless workflows. Clinical information aggregated from many sources allows clinicians to gain the full picture of a patient’s medical history. (* large volume sue to system backlog and updates)

This number reflects the number of messages sent via the Secure Messaging Protocol known as Direct Messaging.

UNIQUE ADULT PATIENT CONSENTS REGISTERED IN HEALTHIX
The ability to view clinical patient data is possible only with a patient’s consent. This number has been steadily growing with corresponding growth in access to patient data. Almost 93% of patient grant consent when asked.

PATIENT RECORDS VIEWED IN THE PORTAL
This statistic represents the number of providers and participating organizations who have viewed a patient record in the Healthix Portal. This is in addition to those who would have received information directly into their EHR or Certified Application.
