Healthix HEDIS360° is based on a subscription model and is available to Health Plans. This service provides clinical data at end of encounter or whenever there are updates.
Member CCDs Provided (Based on membership file)
- Health Plan provides membership enrollment file.
- Can opt to receive initial longitudinal CCD for members.
- Only charged for members when you receive data and one fee no matter how much data you get.
- Standard supplemental data (NCQA DAV certified) can be used as primary source verification.

Alerts Plus
