This tool will send you an email with a training link, from Summer Alphonso, Associate Director, Training and Education, Healthix. This tool functions ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS already provisioned in Healthix. You should have already received an email invite, but in case it can’t be located and you want to take the training immediately this tool can assist you.
Submit the following information and you will receive an email with a training link. After completing the training, the Healthix system will within 24 hours send you a user name for portal access. If you are not yet provisioned, the email link will not function. In this case, please check with your organization’s authorized user manager (AUM) so they can submit your name to access Healthix.
