Our Relationship Management team is focused on creating the best possible experiences for our customers. That’s why we collaborate with customers on the enhancements and innovations they value the most. Our goal is to engage our customers and to understand their needs to provide the best possible solutions. From helping them find the right type of alerts, to integrating  into their EHR, to providing custom reports — we are here to help.

Our team is set up by market segments, ranging from health plans, hospitals to independent delivery networks (IDN), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), Community Based Organizations, and more.

Meet Our Team

Harold del Pino – Director, Relationship Management

Harold brings +15 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers ranging from health plans, hospital systems and health & wellness organizations. In his role, Harold oversees a team of 6 Relationship Managers responsible for managing Healthix’s top customers in various market segments.  In addition to managing a team, Harold is an individual contributor and manages our Health Plan and IDN partners.

 

 

Charlene Prismy – Associate Director, Relationship Management

Charlene’s background and her work with Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine, Catholic Health Services and NYU makes her a strong Relationship Manager leading the Hospital market segment. A few of the customers she manages are Mount Sinai, One Brooklyn Health and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.

Maria Sanchez-Posada – Senior Business Relationship Specialist

With a background in health administration, Maria brings 15+ years of management experience in Article 28 facilities and more than a decade in consulting for value-based care and quality initiatives in primary care. At Healthix, she has dedicated herself to FQHCs, large ambulatory centers, and NYS health homes. Her career is defined by a commitment to enhancing healthcare through technology and a passion for fostering relationships with her customers which include Sun River Health, Ryan Health, Optum, and Advantage Care Physicians. Her extensive knowledge drives improvements and innovation in patient care, emphasizing the importance of strong partnerships in achieving healthcare excellence.

 

 

Adriana Santos – Business Relationship Manager

With 20 years in Managed Care, I’ve excelled in various roles. For 15 years, I managed Medicare retention at Metroplus Health Plan, ensuring client satisfaction. As a Multicultural Business Development Manager at Anthem for 7 years, I oversaw operations in NY, VA, and DC, spearheading the launch of the Affordable Care Act initiatives. My experience showcases my dedication to excellence in the healthcare industry.
