Change of Facility Codes
Healthix recently made updates to its inventory of facility codes based on customer migrations to Epic. Click here to view the list of impacted facilities and their new codes. Historic data will continue to align with the old facility codes, while new data will appear under the new codes. Please note, a facility code change may affect how your site identifies the location of a patient. Healthix is available to assist clients needing a crosswalk between old and new facility codes.
