Healthix is Helping Customers to Meet Medicare’s Conditions of Participation (CoP)

Medicare conditions of participation are federal health and safety regulations with which particular healthcare facilities must comply in order to receive funding from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The recent mandate impacts hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, and critical access hospitals that utilize EMRs or other electronic administrative systems. It requires the exchange of information to support effective transitions of care which includes a requirement to send alerts to post-acute providers. Healthix has set up alert feeds for 22 Customer Facilities.
