Healthix Data Services for Researchers

Healthix supports researchers with deidentified and identifiable data (with consent) from its real time, clinical data repository that includes over 17 million unique lives spanning over 10 years. Please contact [email protected] with any requests or questions.

Healthix Research Governance

Researchers employed by a Healthix participant or a not-for-profit organization with an aligned mission to Healthix’s mission are eligible to submit an application for approval. The Healthix Research Committee, designated by the Healthix Board, will review applications and approve or deny in accordance with Healthix Policy.

How to Submit a Research Proposal

Step 1 – Meet Healthix Research Requirements – a research proposal:

  • Must be approved by an IRB or granted an IRB waiver
  • Must Not be designed to generate market intelligence, competitive advantage, commercial promotion, or other non-Research purposes
  • Must Not compromise the reputation of Healthix or any of our Participants
  • Must Comply with Healthix Policy, including sections 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8

Step 2 – Complete a Research Application, including required research data elements

Step 3 – Submit IRB Approval Letter and Completed Research Application to [email protected]
