You're not alone. 1 in 5 new or expecting mothers/birthing people suffer from a PMAD (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder), otherwise known as postpartum depression.

This support group meets weekly on Mondays at 5 PM ET. This group provides a safe space for women/birthing people to process their individual feelings about their pregnancy, learn coping skills for stress, anxiety, and/or depression, and connect with other expecting moms/birthing people who are facing similar difficulties.
