HEALTHIX IS LIVE WITH REMSCO (REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES COUNCIL OF NYC) REMSCO is an organization that works to improve and coordinate emergency medical services (EMS). Healthix is now receiving Patient Registrations and the EMS “Run Sheet” describing the event and patient conditions. The full EMS run sheet is also viewable as a PDF EMS Data: The Run Sheets are parsed and appearing now in the Healthix Portal under: Encounters, Medications, Problems. They can be viewed alongside other clinical data. These Encounters are NOT included in alert delivery. Are You One of the Lucky Ones? We all get surveyed, but the NORC survey is quite different. When our customers share their opinions, we use that feedback to directly improve our technical processes and positively impact the customer experience. The NORC survey is conducted by the NYS Dept. of Health and takes a blind sampling of Healthix customers to solicit their opinions on health information exchange services.
