Improving data exchange is possible only with your involvement. The National Opinion Research Center (NORC) is conducting a customer usage and satisfaction survey on behalf of the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC). Healthix is partnering with Participant Organizations to identify individuals who are knowledgeable about our services. If asked, please complete the survey. The response rate and your satisfaction levels are directly tied to our funding. There is an incentive for participation ($20 certificate from Amazon, Starbucks, Target or you can donate to one of three charitable organizations).

Exchanging Data with Veterans Affairs
Healthix began querying New York State Division of Veterans’ Services (VA) health data in August. We anticipate that Participants will be able to retrieve expanded VA health information through the Healthix portal in Q4. To facilitate health information exchange for veterans and their providers, the VA recently announced its intention to implement an opt-out consent model. This means more data for providers to manage and better coordinate care for our nation's veterans. Learn More >
