HEALTHIX AND CORPORATION FOR SUPPORTIVE HOUSING (CSH) Healthix is proud to announce a collaboration with the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) to address how timely data and notifications can help supportive housing providers and their residents. Through these efforts, Healthix is expecting to gain insight into the data requirements and data gaps that impact the supportive housing staff in order for them to achieve the goals of housing security and appropriate care. The partnership with CSH will help to identify system siloes and provide a use case for an integrated data model to access, evaluate and support the needs of this targeted population.
NEW TELEHEALTH ACCESS USER ROLE FOR HEALTHIX Telehealth visits are increasingly common between patients and providers. Often, we see providers using Healthix to help drive those encounters. To ensure compliance with privacy policies, Healthix is revising the conditions of access based on verbal consent during a telehealth encounter by designing a specific Telehealth Access Role. The new role will be based on the request filed by the Authorized User Manager (AUM). Users granted such a role will undergo targeted training prior to access based on verbal consent. Conditions Applicable for Telehealth Role:
Healthix is planning to implement the new role in Q2 2024. Participants will be notified and webinars will be scheduled to provide an overview of the process and allow for Q&A sessions.
