As part of Healthix’s 2023 innovation initiatives, a multi-stakeholder conference will be convened on September 27, 2023 to share innovations in value-based care models. We are excited about this opportunity to present subject matter experts and thought leaders from across the country to discuss this important and timely topic.

Given the accelerated pace of adoption of value-based care models, focus on health equity, health related
