Yelena Kaplan SPOTLIGHT ON MARKET SEGMENT: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS The health care needs of our community are more diverse than ever before, as are the ways in which patient data is obtained, shared, analyzed, and applied. Large and small behavioral health organizations rely on Healthix for real-time data to expedite outreach to their clients and patients. Through its data exchange services, Healthix advances delivery of high-touch care that expedites assessment and treatment plans. Healthix exchanges clinical, demographic, and social determinants of health data to help inform medical decisions, improve clinical outcomes, and enhance care coordination. Providers and care teams can benefit from receiving Healthix Alerts. Alerts enable intervention at the point-of-care, facilitate care coordination and provide key information about your patient’s or client’s encounters, even if it occurs outside your network.
